Lodging in Tuscany: 3 star hotel Chianciano Terme

The Hotel Ave is situated in "Terre di Siena" in the very centre of Tuscany. It is in the beautiful centre of Chianciano Terme and only few steps from Chianciano's thermal springs.
Directly managed by its owners the hotel has been fully refurbished for two years. It offers all modern comforts and is air-conditioned throughout.

Rooms
All the 60 bedrooms have all comforts: en-suite bathrooms (with bath or shower), direct dial telephone, mini-bar, satellite colour TV, hairdryer, heating and air conditioning. Many bedrooms also have a private balcony to enjoy a fantastic view of Tuscan hills and countryside.
All the bedrooms are wholly refurbished and offer comfortable and nice stay to the guests. You can choose every kind of bedroom: single room, double room, three beds room.
We also have two family rooms, with four beds each. For our guests safety each bedroom has an electronic card key.

The hotel has many common open-air areas such as gardens and terraces with tables and chairs to relax, a playground for children, a garage and a private car and bus parking.
The Ave hotel has a wide hall-more than 400 square metres- two lifts, two restaurants - Sala Sole and Sala Luna - with a seating capacity of 180 people, a TV room, two bars, a convention-room -from 10 to 120 seats according to your requests- with a maxi screen and audiovisual aids.

To relax and have fun there are a cinema room, a ballroom, a gymnasium and a sauna; a panoramic sun terrace and a private swimming pool with hydro-massage are at the top of the building. There is also a fitness centre where you can have beauty treatments.
The hotel is completely accessible to handicapped people and it respects Italian law for the prevention and extinguishing of fires, being provided with the most modern fire alarms.
All common rooms have heating and air conditioning. In our restaurants cuisine is excellent. The fully new kitchen has all modern technologies to satisfy our guests, respecting typical Tuscan stile and taste using natural ingredients.

Restaurant
Even the hotel Ave kitchen is directly managed by the owners.
The hotel offers a different variety of international and regional dishes our guests can choose according to their diets, and you can always taste and appreciate Tuscan cuisine. Particular attention is given to the use of natural ingredients, so every day menus are prepared according to vegetables and fruits of the season.
You can lunch and dine in both restaurants "Sala Sole" and "Sala Luna" - with a seating capacity of 180 people.
Highchairs are available for babies and small children, as well as special menus.
The morning buffet breakfast is very rich and varied, so you can feel at home.
All day long our guests can relax and have whatever drink they like in our bar.

Swimming pool
At the top of the building there are a panoramic sun terrace and a beautiful outdoor swimming pool with hydro-massage where our guests can relax, swim, sunbathe and admire the beautiful Tuscan countryside.

Sauna
Just in front of the swimming pool, inside the hotel, there is a Finnish sauna where our guest can freely relax.

Fitness center
To keep fit and young our guests can use our gym, as well as they can have beauty treatments directly in hotel
